My pedagogical emphases include constructivism, andragogy, collaborative learning, open education, and universal design for learning. I teach cybersecurity and homeland security at the University of New Hampshire, where I direct the online M.S. in Cybersecurity Policy and Risk Management. My specialty areas are the policy, legal, and educational issues relating to cybersecurity, organizational resilience, and critical infrastructure.
