Cassandra Konz is an early career librarian, self-professed copyright nerd, and generally curious person.  At Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, she heads the Open & Affordable Textbook Initiative for the Daytona Beach and Worldwide/Online campuses, which seeks to leverage open and library resources to support student success.  She is also part of the team that supports Scholarly Commons, ERAU's institutional repository.  Her professional interests include open educational practices, copyright and open licensing, and emerging publication structures for OA materials.
