I manage an instructor training program that teaches evidence-based practices in education to researchers and research-adjacent professionals who wish to share their software and data skills using our 2-day workshop curricula. All of our course materials (Instructor Training and technical workshops) are openly available. I'd love to talk about teacher-training, community engagement around open projects, continuing education, technical skills training, and best practices in adult education (in person and online) more broadly.
