Carolee has been supporting faculty in higher education for over 20 years in a variety of roles including computer, library systems, web support, instructional design and registrar systems. Modeling life long learning, Carolee is presently a doctoral candidate at the University of Northern British Columbia exploring how to engage faculty from disciplines such as natural sciences and environmental studies to adopting UDL. Carolee is currently employed at BC Campus as an Open Education Advisor. Having started out with a technology support, expanded with management and leadership studies, Carolee now is focusing on a leading to learn educational focus.
