Carla Rossiter-Smith has a decade of experience working in assessment and institutional research in higher education. Her experience includes presentations at national and local conferences and participation in national working groups on data systems and accountability. Ms. Rossiter-Smith has taught courses in Management and Leadership. Prior to coming to higher education, Ms. Rossiter served in leadership and management roles in the human services sector. She is currently pursing an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education. Ms. Rossiter-Smith holds a Master’s degree in Management from Hodges University and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Social Work from the University of Central Florida. Carla currently serves as the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at Pasco-Hernando State College.
