Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Bring paper and pen/pencil along with your tea/coffee. We will do a "Spiral Journal" in this Tea Time session. This activity promotes focus and reflection while allowing individuals to compose responses thoughtfully and calmly in writing.
