I have been an adjunct since 1989 at Owens Community College.  I am a semi-retired President/CEO of a financial institution and basically, have had my feet in both industry and education.  I most recently finished my Doctorate in Education specializing in leadership in Higher Education.  I love education as it is one of the most potent, purposeful, and lifetime gift you can give to another human being.  I have been active in the efforts of our school in developing courses around the model of OER which assists in other areas of the college in terms of educational equality and inclusion efforts that we are beginning to implement.
